Frequencies and descriptive statistics were used to show the distribution of respondents on the different variables. ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient (t-tests) were used to measure the significance of the correlation between the variables. The study findings suggested a positive relationship between extrinsic motivation and job performance. The correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed). The study further established a strong positive relationship between intrinsic motivation and job performance. The correlation was significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed).
