The costs of technological developments are so high and are taking toll at the expense of human health this comes as a result of change in lifestyle that most people of this generation live. As a result of improper sensitization of the masses about what kind of healthy life style they should live and what kind of foods they should have in their diets as a result, there has been a drastic rise in the cases of opportunistic diseases for example high blood pressure, diabetes and so many more. This work presents solutions to address these problems at hand by making use of ICT to reach out to the masses and to offer them with a guide on how they should live their lives so as to stay healthy and also offers guide lines to the masses on what kind of foods they should consume, at what rate and in what proportions. This work also clarifies and tackles on issues and aspects that have never been previously covered by other nutritional support systems that mainly focus on locally available foods that help in reducing on the occurrences of opportunistic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure The system was developed using Ajax and PHP scripting languages. This system is designed to work in conjunction with a database from which the users of the system can query. The system developed basically acts as a nutritional therapy accompaniment system. The system was also developed by using information gained from the masses about the loop holes of the previous systems. The techniques employed were review of relevant literature, interviews, questionnaires, as well as observations.
