dc.description.abstract Organizational learning has been perceived as strategic building block of knowledge management in organizations which enhances employee work performance. This study aimed at investigating the relationship between organizational learning, knowledge management practices and work performance. A correlation research design was adopted to assess the relationship between organizational learning, knowledge management practices and Work performance among employees of Centenary Rural Development Uganda Ltd. Using stratified random sampling technique, 231 participants was picked to take part in the study. The Pearson correlation coefficient and PROCESS Macro procedure for SPSS version 3 was used to assess relationships. The findings of the study indicated a moderate positive significant relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management practices (r=.58, P<.01), Organizational learning and work performance were moderately and positively significant at (r=.41, P<.01) and knowledge management practices and work performance were moderately and positively significant at (r=.45, P=<.01). The regression model indicated that both organizational learning and knowledge management practices were significant positive predictors of work performance. On the mediation effect, the results indicated that knowledge management practices mediates the relationship between organizational learning and work performance (B=.27, P<0.01). It’s therefore recommended that organizations should not only put in place learning initiatives but they should pay much attention to the way in which the knowledge attained is managed so as to enhance work performance of employees. en_US
