Abstract: This study was done to examine export performance among the flowers, fruits and vegetables exporters in relation to firm level determinants in orientation, perception, commitment and marketing strategy. This was done by developing a conceptual framework which relates firm level determinants in orientation, perception, commitment and marketing strategy and export performance. The specific objectives were to determine the relationship between firm level determinants in orientation, perception, commitment and marketing strategy among flowers, fruits and vegetables exporters. A correlation survey design was adopted using the staff within flowers, fruits and vegetables exporters. The research instruments were a self-administered questionnaire. The results reveal a positive and significant correlation coefficients between firm level determinants in orientation, perception, commitment and marketing strategy and export performance. There is need to improve the firm level determinants in orientation, perception, commitment and marketing strategy to improve and sustain export performance. It can be concluded that commitment to exporting explains most of the variance in horticultural exporting firms in relation to the magnitude of the standardized beta coefficients in the selected sample.
