Abstract: In this study, an Automated Billing System was developed. The system was developed as a result of the realization of the need for the club to efficiently manage its billing at the entrance in order to gain competitive advantage. The system requirements were determined by interviewing the club administrator and a few customers. A formalized specification of the requirements employing a Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and a data dictionary was done. The database component of the system was built using SQL server 2005. The front-end part of the system was built using C#. Security of the system was observed by enabling password login at the administrative level. The end product enabled registration of new customers and update of existing customer accounts, a reduction in the time taken to work on customers as well as the long night queues during working nights.
